This Privacy Policy describes how Sanyam.money (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal data in connection with the website available at https://sanyam.money/ and related contact and scheduling features operated from that website.

Sanyam.money is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-367410), located at 7XGH+8G Madgaon, Goa, India. Sanyam.money is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, unless separately disclosed.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to personal data processed through the Sanyam.money website, including enquiry channels and the embedded scheduling interface on the contact page.

Client authentication, KYC, account servicing, and investment transactions are performed on the NJ E-Wealth platform operated by NJ India Invest Pvt. Ltd. Processing on that platform is governed by NJ India Invest’s own terms and privacy documentation, not by this Policy.

3. Categories of personal data

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Identity and contact data - name, email address, telephone number, and the content of messages you send by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or scheduling forms.
• Scheduling data - selected appointment time, timezone, and any notes you submit through the booking interface.
• Technical and usage data - Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device and operating-system information, referring URL, pages requested, and timestamps generated by standard server and content-delivery logs.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website (for example pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate device or location information derived by Google). Analytics cookies and similar identifiers may be set by Google when you use the site.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries and arranging consultations (performance of pre-contractual steps at your request / legitimate interest in operating the practice).
• Hosting, securing, monitoring, and maintaining the website (legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional service).
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations applicable to mutual fund distribution (legal obligation).

5. Disclosures

We disclose personal data to service providers that process data on our behalf to operate the website and related features. We do not sell personal data. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

6. Subprocessors

The following third parties process data in connection with the website and related contact or scheduling flows. Processing on NJ E-Wealth remains subject to NJ India Invest’s documentation.

Where you interact with a subprocessor’s service, platform, embed, or website (including by following an outbound link or completing a booking, login, or messaging flow), that subprocessor’s own privacy notice, terms of use, and related policies apply to the processing they perform and to your use of their service, in addition to this Privacy Policy. Sanyam.money does not control those third-party terms and is not responsible for their content or for how those providers handle personal data under their own policies, except as required by applicable law.

7. Retention

Contact and scheduling records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to satisfy applicable record-keeping, dispute-resolution, and regulatory requirements, after which they are deleted or archived in accordance with our retention practices.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.

Submit requests to hello@sanyam.money. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable requirements.

9. Children

The website is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website for marketing or account-opening purposes.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy, including the subprocessor list, from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when changes take effect. Material changes may also be indicated by a notice on the website.
